**Storage instructions:** Frozen product. Keep frozen at 0 F or below. Defrost in refrigerator, do not refreeze. Store individual unopened packages in refrigerator after defrosting, use within 7 days

**Cooking instructions:** Heat over medium-low heat with the cooking oil of your choice for 3-5 minutes until heated through. Suitable for stewing, frying, roasting, boiling and cooking in the oven.

Keep frozen 0 °F (-18 °C) or below. Handling instructions: Frozen product. Store at 0 °F (-18 °C) or below. Once defrosted, do not refreeze. Defrost individual unopened packages in the refrigerator at +36 °F to 43 °F (+2 °C to +6 °C) to retain the intended sensory characteristics of the product. For unopened package use within 7 days. Store at +36 °F to 43 °F (+2 °C to +6 °C).
